Dear Afro-Latino activist, leaders, community
organizers:
The empowerment of the African Diaspora is very much
related to the ability of successfully relate,
communicate and learn from one another. It becomes
necessary to learn the conditions and struggles of our
brothers and sisters at a global level in order to
create strategies that resonate and support the
Diaspora as a whole.
The World Congress of Panafricans that will be held in
Dakar Senegal (December 27-31, 2007) will provide a
fertile ground for an exchange of information and the
establishment of a network of activists and
organizations across the African Diaspora and the
Continent. In addition, this will be a unique
opportunity to propose Pan African global strategies
to challenge the condition of disenfranchisement
endured by many of our communities.
It is necessary that the Afro-Latino and Afro-Latin
American voices are present at this conference.
Please find enclosed several information documents
about the conference. In addition to these you can
also check the conference official website at
www.jsapubli shing.com/ wcp.html
For any additional information about the conference,
please contact Mr. Jacques Sotero Agboton, National
Conference Coordinator at <agboton1@netzero. net >

Sincerely,
Evelyne
